Job Summary
Arizona Care Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and responsible Overnight Residential Caregiver to help provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents during the night shift.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, attentive, comfortable working independently, and genuinely cares about the well-being of others.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular overnight checks on residents and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and concerns throughout the shift.
- Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
- Clean and maintain kitchens, common areas, and other designated areas.
- Complete routine housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Monitor the facility during overnight hours and report any concerns or incidents.
- Complete required documentation and shift reports.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate important information to incoming staff at shift change.
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Compassionate and respectful toward residents.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Able to perform cleaning, cooking, and other routine household duties.
- Previous experience in caregiving, residential care, healthcare, or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
