Arizona Advanced Surgery (AAS) is looking for an exceptional Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Trauma & Critical Care Division at Banner Desert Medical Center — conveniently located right off the US-60 and Loop 101 in Mesa.
You’ll be part of a high-acuity, high-volume trauma service caring for patients and families across the East Valley — supported by fellowship-trained trauma surgeons and an incredible APP team known for its collaboration, grit, and sense of purpose.
This is not a cush job — it’s fast-paced, hands-on, and deeply rewarding. You’ll perform advanced procedures, assist in the OR, and lead critical patient management alongside some of the best surgeons in the region.
