Duties
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other paid channels to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for organic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and refine strategies for better results.
- Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques on websites and landing pages to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, manage social media accounts, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, emerging platforms, and industry tools to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Spanish & English Speaking.
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management across various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems like WordPress or similar CMS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve website engagement metrics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field preferred; relevant certifications in SEO or Google Ads are a plus.
