Aristos Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. We are looking for a strong, compassionate leader to guide our team, maintain regulatory compliance and uphold our mission of excellence. This person would be responsible for the overall management, leadership and operations of the facility. The position ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations while promoting a positive culture for residents, families and staff.Key Responsibilities:Direct and oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality resident careMaintain regulatory compliance with CMS, state health departments and other governing bodiesLead, mentor and develop managers and staffManage financial performance including budgets, census development and staffingOversee QAPI program and drive performance initiativesFoster strong relationships with residents, families, community partners and survey agenciesSupport recruitment, onboarding and retention of staffPromote a positive, professional and compassionate environmentQualifications:Must have a current, active Nursing Home Administrator license in OhioPrior experience as LNHA or in a a management position preferredGreat understanding of regulations, survey process and LTC operationsStrong leadership, communication and problem solving skillsWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off and supportive corporate resources.
