Real Estate Closing Professional
Full-Time | Southern Indiana & Greater Louisville

We are seeking a Real Estate Closing Professional who is detail-oriented, client-driven, and ready to contribute to a team that values accuracy, communication, and service. This role is essential to ensuring smooth, compliant, and exceptional closing experiences for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities - Closing & Transaction Management
- Facilitate and conduct residential and commercial real estate closings with professionalism and accuracy.
- Review settlement statements, closing disclosures, affidavits, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients to ensure efficient file flow and timely closings.
- Maintain detailed, compliant closing files in alignment with industry standards, Indiana Good Funds Law, and internal protocols.
Post-Closing & File Completion
- Finalize all post-closing tasks, including recording documents, disbursing funds, completing title policies, and delivering final packages.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-through to protect clients and maintain operational excellence.
- Resolve post-closing questions with clarity, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Client Experience, Attraction & Retention
- Provide a welcoming, supportive, and solutions-oriented experience to all clients and partners.
- Reinforce Aristocrat Title’s reputation through professional communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to long-term client and agent retention through proactive service, relationship-building, and follow-up.
- Support company initiatives to strengthen community engagement and enhance client loyalty.
Preferred Qualifications
- Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOI) Title License — helpful, but not required.
- Indiana Notary Commission — helpful, but not required.
- Experience in real estate, banking, customer service, title/escrow, or related fields.
- Proficiency with digital closing platforms (Qualia experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a calm, confident, and service-focused approach.
