Job Description:
We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clinic. You’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our patients by managing the front desk, handling patient inquiries, whether by phone, email or text messaging. Scheduling and confirming appointments as well as ensuring the smooth flow of our office operations. Must be able to commute to both our Great Neck and Manhattan Offices.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Utilize Nextech software for patient management and medical collections.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations
Experience
- Previous coordinator experience in plastic surgery or medspa is required.
- Proficiency in office software, including Nextech is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in customer service is essential to provide outstanding patient experiences.
