What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Product Training position at Aristocrat Gaming?
The Director, Product Training is responsible for scaling and building game product training curricula for the Land-based business unit. Training will be developed for new hires, as well as on-going product training for the business team. The role will utilize the latest learning technics, adult learning principles and establish performance KPIs to measure effectiveness of training efforts. This role will serve as a single point of contact for product training support across the Gaming business unit and become an integral part of the commercial business objectives. The Director, Product Training will lead product training workshops, team sessions and individual focused training. The ideal candidate will partner across Commercial Team, D&D and other service stakeholders to share training ideas and methods as well as best practices. The role will utilize strong written and verbal communication skills and be great at charting the course for this vital role in the Commercial Team.

What You'll Do
- Develop game product training curricula for the land-based business unit.
- Ability to develop written product training modules, workshops and facilitate training sessions.
- Ability to learn technical product details and translate technology into easy-to-understand language.
- Drive projects towards milestones, track, and report progress.
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to develop inspiring training curricula that can breakthrough daily challenges.
- Analyze training performance data and translate insights into effective and impactful actions.
- Use technology to develop new hire training and build innovative tools to execute multi-channel experiences.
- Build annual strategic and tactical training plan and associated budget requirements.
- Be an integral member within the land-based business unit elevating product knowledge.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to generate content, review, and execution of training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Learning & Development, or relate field.
- 10 years relevant training and development experience, preferably within Gaming Industry.
- Passion for product training and education at the adult learning level; enjoys working with Sales Teams.
- Successful track record and experience in developing product training curricula.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills partnered with project management skills.
- Ability to lead vendor support to deliver training projects on-time and within plan.
- Proven background in leading training for all types mediums, various audience sizes and scale.
