What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activities for Gaming Operations product launches.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional launch readiness activities across Product Management, Studios, Gaming Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Track key launch achievements, dependencies, and deliverables to help ensure successful product commercialization and deployment.
- Support launch readiness reviews by gathering information, maintaining documentation, and monitoring action items.
- Assist with developing and maintaining launch plans, deployment schedules, product documentation, and communication materials.
- Partner with product and operational teams to facilitate the transition of products from approval and readiness into market deployment.
- Monitor product launch performance, customer adoption, and portfolio metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer, market, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting product performance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and cross-functional team members.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of launch processes, tools, governance, and reporting practices.
- Maintain awareness of competitive products, industry trends, and market conditions to support product planning and commercialization efforts.
- Assist Product Managers with portfolio planning, product lifecycle activities, and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 years of experience in product management, project management, commercial operations, analytics, gaming, or a related business function.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a desire to develop product management and commercialization expertise.
- Gaming, technology, product launch, or commercialization experience is a plus.
