- Deliver quality, compassionate care and overall support to residents in a comfortable, home-like setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal support
- Observe residents’ health and well-being, provide companionship, and encourage independence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while working closely with team members to carry out individualized care plans
- Uphold a strong commitment to treating all residents with dignity and respect
