The Aristocrat Assisted Living Community in Alamogordo is urgently seeking multiple Caregivers to join our team. Caregivers will be tasked with providing attentive and considerate support to the facility's residents. Openings are available for all shifts: daytime, evening, and overnight.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, resident-centered care in a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance.
- Promote residents' comfort and independence through companionship and encouragement.
- Monitor residents and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment.
- Work with fellow team members to support each resident's care plan.
- Treat every resident with dignity and respect.
