Aristle AI is re-pivoting around a new stealth idea focused on governance, security, and guardrails for AI Agents. As enterprises adopt AI agents and autonomous workflows, organizations are increasingly struggling with visibility, governance, policy enforcement, and operational control. We are building foundational infrastructure to help enterprises securely manage and govern AI agents at scale.
We are looking for a Co-Founder / Head of Sales & GTM who wants to help build a category-defining AI infrastructure company from the ground up.
Role Description
As Co-Founder / Head of Sales & GTM, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, customer development motion, and early revenue growth.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role focused on:
- Building and leading the early sales motion
- Landing early design partners and customers
- Driving enterprise demos and customer discovery conversations
- Developing pipeline generation and outbound strategies
- Helping shape product direction based on customer feedback
- Defining positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
- Building relationships with enterprise buyers, partners, and investors
You will work closely with the founders to help turn early product concepts into a scalable business.
Note: This position is equity only role for now until we raise funds.
Key Goals & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be excited about:
- Landing the first 10 enterprise customers and creating pipeline generation strategies.
- Building founder-led sales and outbound motion
- Driving enterprise demos and customer workshops
- Building relationships with CISOs, platform leaders, and enterprise buyers
- Defining pricing, packaging, and market positioning
- Developing early partnerships and ecosystem relationships
- Helping shape investor narrative and fundraising discussions
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth
- Strong B2B sales and customer development experience
- Some exposure to B2C or product-led growth motions is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a simple and compelling way
- Comfortable selling early-stage products before perfect product-market fit
- Strong storytelling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset with a strong bias toward execution
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
- Proficiency in conducting Research to identify market opportunities and competitive landscapes
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
