Pediatric Transport LPN
Location: Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care (AristaCare at Manchester, 1770 Tobias Ave, Manchester Township, NJ 08759)
Schedule: Part-time, morning and/or afternoon transport shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical oversight for children during transport to and from the Medical Day Care Center. The Transport LPN ensures children’s health and safety needs are monitored and addressed throughout each ride.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor children’s medical status and provide basic nursing interventions as needed during transport
- Assist with the safe loading and unloading of children
- Communicate health concerns promptly to nursing staff and management
- Maintain accurate transport logs and ensure adherence to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of care
- Active LPN license in New Jersey
- Pediatric experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication, observation, and safety skills
