⸻
Arista Wealth Management manages $1.3B in assets for professionals, families, business owners, and institutions. We’ve been doing this since 2006, and we’re still growing.
We’re hiring the person who keeps the firm running.
This role owns the financial administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and office operations that allow our advisory and service teams to focus entirely on clients. You’ll report to the Director of Operations and work directly with senior leadership.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to “shape strategy.” We’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, follows through without being chased, and understands that when the back office runs clean, the whole firm performs.

🔹 The Job
💳 Financial Administration & Bookkeeping
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule (Paylocity)
• Accounts payable: vendor invoices, insurance premiums, lease payments, office expenses
• Accounts receivable: track balances, follow up on collections
• Reconcile firm bank accounts and credit cards monthly
• Maintain organized financial records for audit readiness and year-end reporting
👥 HR Operations & People Support
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and recordkeeping (Employee Navigator)

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
🏢 Office Operations & Vendor Management

• Track firm insurance policies: coverage, renewals, premium payments
• Keep the physical office running professionally and efficiently
📋 Licensing & Compliance Support
• Track business licenses, registered entity filings, renewals, and deadlines
• Maintain organized documentation to support compliance and audit readiness
• Coordinate internal schedules and leadership calendar priorities

🔹 Who Thrives in This Role
You’ve done this work before—maybe not all of it in one seat, but enough of it to know you’re good at it. You don’t need to be managed closely. You keep your own systems, meet your own deadlines, and flag problems before they become emergencies.
You’re the person who notices when a vendor invoice doesn’t match the contract. Who confirms the W-4 is filed before the first payroll runs. Who already renewed the business license before anyone had to ask.
If that sounds like a compliment, this is your role.
⸻
🔹 What You Bring
Required
• 4–7 years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, HR administration, or a combination
• Hands-on payroll processing experience (not just oversight)
• Working knowledge of AP/AR and basic financial recordkeeping
• Strong organizational systems and deadline discipline
• Discretion with sensitive financial and personnel information
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with Paylocity, Employee Navigator, QuickBooks, or similar HR/payroll/accounting platforms
• On-site in Las Vegas — non-negotiable
Preferred
• Prior experience in an RIA, financial planning firm, or financial services environment
• Experience supporting compliance documentation or regulatory filing deadlines
• Exposure to insurance policy management (business liability, E&O, cyber, etc.)
• Notary public certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience coordinating with external CPA firms or auditors during year-end processes
⸻
