National Development & Outreach
- Drive National census growth through strategic relationship building with healthcare providers, EAPs, counselors, and community partners
- Develop and maintain partnerships with National hospitals, treatment centers, and healthcare professionals
- Represent Arista Recovery at National healthcare events, conferences, and community gatherings
- Coordinate and conduct facility tours and CEU presentations within assigned territory
- Identify and pursue speaking opportunities at National healthcare events
Marketing & Business Development
- Execute National marketing initiatives aligned with company-wide strategies
- Maintain detailed records of National activities and relationships in CRM
- Organize and manage National events, including alumni gatherings and family weekends
- Build relationships with current patients and families within your territory
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost National engagement and online reviews
- Actively post on LinkedIn to promote brand visibility, highlight outreach activity, and contribute to company-wide marketing goals
- Support brand recognition through consistent personal branding aligned with Arista Recovery’s mission and values
Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction treatment or behavioral healthcare outreach, marketing, or business development is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within assigned region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs
- Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment services is required

- Meet or exceed the National census targets
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams
- Submit timely and accurate expense reports
- Adhere to department KPIs: 30 face-to-face meetings a week, 15 calls/emails a week, 5 new accounts a month, 30 qualified leads per month
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct aligned with company standards
- Follow all expense guidelines and reporting procedures
Work Environment:
- A mix of field work and remote office duties
- Regular National travel required
- Occasional evening and weekend commitments
- Fast-paced, dynamic healthcare setting
