What You'll Do
As an Arista LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and physician, helping patients safely remain in their homes.
Responsibilities include:
Medication management and administration
Wound care and dressing changes
Patient assessment and observation
Communicating changes in condition to the RN and physician
Educating patients and family caregivers
Maintaining accurate electronic documentation
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
We're Looking For Someone Who...
Has an active Ohio LPN license in good standing
Is CPR certified
Has at least one year of nursing experience (home health experience is a plus)
Has reliable transportation and a valid Ohio driver's license
Communicates professionally with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
Takes pride in providing compassionate, dependable care
