The Communication Liaison is a critical role in ensuring patient and client advocacy while coordinating with internal Team Members for the best possible outcomes for pets. In essence, you will be the "human touch" and organizational hub, ensuring clarity and compassion in high-stress veterinary environments.
Responsibilities Key to Your Success
- Client Communication: Facilitate the hospital team's ability to work as efficiently as possible with minimal interruption by managing the flow of basic communication, including updates and information flow through the appropriate channels.
- Internal Coordination: Communicating client needs and concerns from "front of house" to "back of house" and vice versa.
- Process Improvement: Developing and refining communication protocols to reduce client stress and improve efficiency. Work closely with the Care Navigation Team to ensure a streamlined, well-organized, and comfortable experience for each client and their pet.
- Patient Advocacy: Acting as the client's advocate, ensuring their questions are answered, and care is compassionate by being the friendly and professional voice of Arista Advanced Pet Care Hospital.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
