Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical/administrative functions, inside sales, and/or customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the inside sales function of a single trailer plant
- Provide excellent customer service to current accounts & development new accounts
- Respond to inquiries promptly
- Oversee and optimize the work of two (2) inside CSRs
- Oversee day-to-day shipment of trailers
- Process warranties, invoices, MSOs, and FedCert/VIN stickers
- Assist Accounts Receivable with collections on current accounts
- Maintain internal spreadsheets & customer information, and filing important documents
- Improve the efficiency of the sales process
- Support administrative functions of the Vice President of Sales & CSRs as required
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales
Qualifications:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy & working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
- Strong attention to detail
