Job Summary
Chiropractic Assistant (CA’s) will be responsible in running the front office and assisting with patient care. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals. CA’s will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, handle administrative tasks and use their skillset to perform marketing and information technology tasks.
Job Description
Experienced (preferred), energetic and bilingual (required). Dynamic, friendly, and highly motivated individual. This position will have an active role in patient care.
Experienced in dealing with insurance companies (billing, coding and follow up)
Ability to create reports in Microsoft office products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
You must have a passion for your own health as well as for helping others. Also, you must be outgoing and friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
In summary, we are looking for a team member who desires to help people experience hope as it relates to their health and drives the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and reply to messages
- Greets patients with enthusiasm when they enter the clinic
- Schedule patient appointments and manage their recommendations
- Well versed with medical insurance benefits and verifications
- Communicate effectively to answer general questions and address billing concerns
- Describe services or products available at the clinic and process payments
- Execute data entry into the clinic’s computer systems
- Keep patient files up to date, enter appropriate charges and process payments
- Perform marketing through social media, external/internal events, facebook/instagram leads
Essential Requirements
- Bilingual: Spanish (fluently) and English (fluently)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to empathize and connect with patients while motivating them to achieve their health objectives
- Passionate about chiropractic care
- Energetic, positive, and committed to help patients achieve long term progress and goals
- Self motivator, critical thinking skills, driven
