Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Inspector to ensure our short-term rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction. This role involves conducting quarterly inspections, identifying and addressing deficiencies, and maintaining detailed records to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of 17 rental units each quarter (approximately 3 hours per units).
- Identify missing or inadequate items and create detailed purchase orders.
- Procure necessary items and install them promptly to ensure readiness for guests.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, purchases, and installations using spreadsheets.
- Report findings and updates to the property management team regularly.
- Act as the eyes, ears, and nose of a discerning guest to preemptively address potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
- Comfortable with light physical tasks, including lifting and installing items.
