Sales & Marketing Representative
Full-Time | Entry-Level | Paid Training | In-Person
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level AT&T Sales & Marketing Representative.
This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development. In this role, you’ll represent AT&T products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment.
Team members receive the training, tools, and real-world experience needed to develop strong communication and sales skills while learning how to effectively introduce customers to AT&T wireless products, service options, and current promotions.
No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help new team members succeed.
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with customers within a retail environment
- Represent AT&T products and services professionally
- Educate customers on available wireless plans, devices, services, and current promotions
- Ask questions to understand individual customer needs
- Recommend appropriate AT&T products and service options based on customer needs
- Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Generate new customer leads and support customer acquisition efforts
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
- Collaborate with team members and management to support overall performance
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Interest in developing skills in sales, marketing, and leadership
