Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting ministry? We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our pastoral team and help create space for pastors to focus on meaningful connection and ministry.
This role provides shared administrative support to three pastors and plays a key part in keeping ministry operations organized, efficient, and effective.

• Required in-office presence on Tuesdays
Overview
This position exists to support pastoral staff by managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating schedules, and helping ministry activities run smoothly — allowing pastors to focus on shepherding and serving our church community.
Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate pastoral calendars (Outlook & Google)
· Support church systems including Planning Center
· Assist with event planning and coordination
· Prepare sermon slides and presentation materials
· Support social media and basic graphics
· Help track and maintain ministry inventory
· Provide proactive administrative and operational support
