Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to our clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families by coordinating and providing Applied Behavior Analysis services through assessments, functional analyses, behavior acquisition/reduction procedures and parent training. In addition, a BCBA is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a client's treatment plan to include providing ongoing support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians as it relates to a client’s treatment plan.
Requirements for the Position:
- BACB recognized Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- BCBA Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification (can be obtained in house)
- Crisis Intervention Certification (can be obtained in house)
- Maintain and show proof of a valid NC Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Maintain and show proof of professional liability insurance
- Must be a United States Citizen or show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be actively working in the field of ABA for a minimum of 2-3 years
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation ranges from an annual salary of $85,000-$95,000 based on weekly hours billed.

Employee Duties/Responsibilities: The daily job duties performed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst may include but are not limited to:
- Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of direct support professionals.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments with clients and their family members.
- Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for clients with a focus on reducing problematic behavior(s) and teaching socially significant behaviors.
- Holding parent trainings with clients to support clients and their families.
- Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources.
- Implement and provide direct one-on-one services to clients as needed.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
