Job Opening: Warehouse Supervisor

I. Position Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Supervisor (仓库管理员)

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management: Responsible for daily material inspection,

receiving, storage, stacking, routine preservation, inventory counting, and

reconciliation.

2. ERP System Data Entry: Timely and accurately record inbound/outbound

documents for purchase and sales orders into the ERP system (JinDie Cloud) to

ensure data integrity.

3. Space Optimization; 5S: Maintain clean, neat, and hygienic warehouse

conditions; optimize bin/rack locations to increase space utilization efficiency.

4. Safety; Asset Protection: Implement safety practices to prevent fire, moisture,

theft, and inventory damage/loss.

5. Audits; Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Finance Department during

monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts to ensure system-to-

physical inventory accuracy.

6. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for

Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain

operations.

7. Reporting; Analysis: Submit regular inventory balance reports and operational

data analysis; promptly report and resolve any stock discrepancies.

8. General Duties: Complete other warehouse management tasks assigned by

management.

III. Qualifications; Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or above; major in Logistics or Supply Chain

Management is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and

inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing or trading sectors.

System Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (JinDie Cloud / JinDie K3 Cloud

preferred) and MS Office software; hands-on experience with shipping/receiving

documentation.

Operational Knowledge: Thorough understanding of warehouse

inbound/outbound workflows and material preservation standards.

Language Skills: Basic English reading and writing abilities with smooth

communication skills; bilingual (English & Chinese) is REQUIRED.

Key Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, strong numerical sensitivity, and

able to work well under pressure.

Certifications: Forklift Certification or experience operating standard material

handling equipment is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
