Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate end-to-end project execution, from planning and expediting materials to ensuring successful logistics and inspections. The candidate will manage timelines, monitor budgets, liaise with vendors, and ensure all project objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of project materials and components.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and overseeing execution to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Skills in Inspection and maintaining quality control across various stages of the project to meet design and delivery standards.
- Expertise in Logistics Management for coordinating shipments, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience in luxury design, architecture, or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.
