Warehouse Receiver

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties

• Coordinate with warehouse crew to unload containers (by item #, PO #, and color).
• Count and verify products for accurate inventory in Odoo.
• Record inbound product counts and note discrepancies (item, color, quantity).
• Create pallet labels in Odoo and ensure proper documentation.
• Palletize, wrap, and stage product for transfer to other buildings.
• Safely unload inbound containers.
• Scan product to correct locations using RF scanners.
• Learn and work within Odoo (our warehouse operating system).
• Drive and operate forklifts, using tablets and scanners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent, solid, hands-on warehouse receiving experience required, in a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environment, including inbound verification, count accuracy, pallet labeling, discrepancy documentation and inventory-related receiving records.
• General warehouse experience alone is not sufficient unless it included direct receiving duties such as unloading inbound shipments, verifying counts against PO/item/color, documenting discrepancies, system receiving transactions, pallet labeling, and put-away.
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience.
• Experience using RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse/inventory systems strongly preferred.
• Experience with Odoo or a similar WMS/ERP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Team-oriented with the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
• Has to pass basic match skill test
• Comfortable using technology (iPad, scanners, software)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
