Luxury Cosmetic Dermatology Practice | Upper East Side, NYC | Full-Time
Our Upper East Side cosmetic dermatology practice is seeking an exceptionally creative, organized, and driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, strengthen our brand, and help grow the practice through innovative marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do
Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and emerging platforms.
- Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos, Reels, educational content, before-and-after features, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Photograph treatments, products, events, and office culture while maintaining a polished, luxury aesthetic.
- Write compelling captions and coordinate monthly content calendars.
- Stay ahead of social media trends while maintaining our brand identity.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and ROI.
- Collaborate with our website and SEO partners to improve digital performance.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and patient communications.
- Identify new marketing opportunities to drive patient acquisition and retention.
Public Relations & Community Outreach
- Help build relationships with local businesses, media contacts, influencers, and community organizations.
- Coordinate practice events, educational seminars, and community initiatives.
- Assist with media opportunities, press releases, and physician branding.
- Develop partnerships that enhance the visibility and reputation of the practice.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the elevated image of the practice.
- Help maintain consistency across all digital and print marketing.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that differentiate our practice in the luxury aesthetics market.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Exceptional photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Experience creating engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing analytics.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms) to enhance content creation, marketing strategy, copywriting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining a polished, authentic brand voice.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Comfortable working directly with physicians, staff, and patients.
- A proactive, creative thinker who enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Experience in cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury hospitality, or luxury consumer brands is a plus—but not required. We value creativity, strong marketing instincts, and the ability to elevate a premium brand above all else.
Work Environment
This is primarily an in-person position based in our Upper East Side office. We believe our best content and collaboration happen on-site, where you can capture treatments, interact with patients and physicians, and be immersed in the practice.
