Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and upbeat Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a fast-paced logistics team in Savannah, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being a key part of daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and truck drivers upon arrival
- Check in/out drivers and coordinate dock activity
- Maintain and update multiple Excel spreadsheets accurately
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and dispatch
- Provide general administrative and customer service support
- Learn and operate the WMS system (Excalibur) – training provided
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of logistics or drayage
