Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Load and unload materials from machinery
- Inspect products for quality and ensure production standards are met
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Monitor equipment for proper operation and report mechanical issues
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working in a production or industrial environment
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to safely handle materials and operate production equipment
- Strong attendance and reliability are required
- Must be able to work the assigned shift and overtime when needed
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Line Operator, Equipment Operator,or Industrial Worker are encouraged to apply.
