Dock Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Returns Coordinator
Growing Transportation and Logistics company has an opening for an experienced Operations Supervisor with Last/Final Mile home delivery expertise. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations and logistics and proven supervisory and customer service skills, preferably in the Last and Final Mile segment.
Job Summary: Processes information pertaining to merchandise returned to the Warehouse. Scans returns and prints return labels. Examines and compares merchandise with original requisition to record information such as quantity, type of defect and date on invoice or other forms. Enter return information into the computer. Prepare internal Furniture Return Logs and other forms for all returned goods and track all inventory transactions made through the returns process. Physical labor and computer skills to unload returns, scan them, record information about issues and follow up.
Shift / Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday / 12noon to 9pm

Warehouse / Cross Dock Location: Hazelwood MO
Industry: Transportation/ Furniture White Glove Delivery / 3PL
Job functions include:
- Helping manage load outs and returns process.
- Dispatching and scheduling of daily routes and deliveries.
- Supporting client expectations for all delivery services.
- Ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced work environment.
- Assisting the client and customer service in investigations and resolutions to customer issues.
Skills Qualifications:
- 2 years of supervisory experience in the logistics sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced work environment.
- Proficiency in computer software systems, dispatching platforms and Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Bilingual Spanish Plus.
- Lift / pull / move merchandise weighting 80-100 lbs.
- Inventory Control / Merchandise Return Process via software process 1-2 years.
