Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute telematics configuration development aligned with the T&CU Cloud-Connected Features portfolio plan.
- Develop and release configurations for the following product series and model years:
- Golf Fairway Mowers, Trim & Surrounds Mowers, Ride-on Greens Mowers, Walk Behind Greens Mowers (MY23–MY25)
- Full-Sized Utility Vehicles (MY24–MY26)
- Compact Utility Tractors (MY24–MY26)
- Residential Lawn Equipment (MY24–MY26)
- Commercial Mowing Equipment (MY24–MY26)
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to prioritize tasks and resolve questions promptly.
- Adhere to established configuration creation and release standards in alignment with customer Telematics Configuration Community of Practice (CoP) best practices.
- Participate in daily check-ins with the Technical Lead or designated delegate for guidance and support.
- Adapt to evolving development methodologies, transitioning from waterfall to Agile sprint cadence as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years experience in telematics, embedded systems, or connected product development.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and version control systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agricultural/turf equipment.
- Knowledge of CAN bus systems and wireless communication protocols.
- Understanding cloud-connected features and IoT device integration.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
