What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Physical Therapist, you'll be a true clinical anchor for our team. You'll manage a diverse caseload with a focus on orthopedic, pelvic health, and chronic pain conditions — working closely with patients who often come to us feeling frustrated or stuck — and help guide them to real, lasting progress. Beyond patient care, you'll help shape how we practice: mentoring newer clinicians, contributing ideas, and setting the standard for the compassionate, high-quality care we're known for.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Evaluating patients and building individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, pelvic health, and chronic pain conditions
- Delivering hands-on, evidence-based care that genuinely moves the needle for your patients
- Keeping thorough, timely documentation that supports great continuity of care
- Mentoring junior therapists and PT aides, and being a resource for the broader clinical team
- Collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure every patient receives seamless, coordinated care
- Contributing ideas to how we serve our community and continue growing our programs

What We're Looking For
We're not just checking boxes — we want someone who is curious, caring, and genuinely excited about being part of a growing, multi-specialty practice.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapy license in good standing
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient orthopedic or specialty setting
- Strong manual therapy skills and a love of clinical problem-solving
- Experience in pelvic health, pediatrics, or chronic pain is a real plus
- A natural communicator — with patients, families, and teammates
- Someone who wants to grow professionally and isn't afraid to take on more
