About This Position
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be in the field meeting homeowners face-to-face, conducting property assessments, presenting solutions, and closing deals that protect their biggest investment. This is a true sales role where your effort directly translates to your earnings. You'll work a territory, run appointments, educate customers on their options, and guide projects from first conversation to signed agreement. We provide structured training including classroom sessions, field ride-alongs, roleplay coaching, and ongoing support so you're never left to figure it out alone. The market demand for roofing and exterior services is constant, and strong performers quickly see the results.
