Role Summary
- Responsible for end-to-end analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions.
- Ensures high-quality software delivery aligned with U.S. Bank standards and agile/DevOps practices.
- Collaborates across teams to create reliable, scalable, and customer-focused applications.
- Produces production-ready code with strong accountability for system performance and quality.
- Contributes to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software products using best engineering practices.
- Write scalable, reliable, and testable code while performing root-cause analysis and improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security, performance, and development standards.
- Drive software reliability engineering principles into development processes.
- Support modernization efforts, collaborate across teams, and proactively identify delivery blockers.
- 8 years of Strong SQL skills and experience with .NET Framework; Classic ASP and DevOps experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration, ideally Azure.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and architectural design patterns.
- Ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and technical troubleshooting skills.
