We are seeking a versatile QA Analyst & Automation Specialist with a strong foundation in both manual

and automated testing to join our dynamic quality assurance team. This hybrid role combines hands-on

automation expertise with business-facing analytical skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS and

integrated applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically adept, and collaborative across

cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and
  
  

testability.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript) and Java based frameworks for UI and API validation.
• Execute functionality, integration, regression, and performance testing across SaaS platforms and
  
  

backend systems.

• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, including
  
  

demos and walkthroughs.

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines for
  
  

continuous testing and feedback.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, validate backend data using SQL, and ensure
  
  

compliance with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.

• Create and execute performance testing using JMeter for both UI and APIs.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development and product teams
  
  

for resolution.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to evolving QA processes and best
  
  

practices.

• Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and test coverage.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java-based automation frameworks and Playwright with TypeScript.
• Proficient in API testing, backend validation, and performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience testing SaaS applications, including integrations and workflows.
• Skilled integrating automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint, OpenAPI, and Swagger specifications.
• Comfortable with version control systems and command-line execution of test scripts.
• Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools.
• Experience with OnBase workflows and DocuSign is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of QA experience, with a blend of manual and automation testing.
