Childcare Center Director
Argyle Early Learning Center | Argyle, WI
Argyle Early Learning Center is seeking a motivated and supportive Director to lead our new childcare program. This is a great opportunity to help build a center from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on children, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the center
- Lead, support, and manage staff
- Ensure licensing compliance and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with families
- Support enrollment growth and program development
Qualifications:
- Previous childcare leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Wisconsin childcare licensing (or willingness to learn)
Must Haves:
- At least 5 years of Teaching in an early childhood program
- At least 5 years of Managing in an early childhood program
Pay:
- Hourly position (based on experience) $22-$29
