We are looking for an experienced, motivated Child Care Center Director to lead the daily operations of a childcare center in Argyle, WI. What You'll Do
As Center Director, you will play an important role in the overall success of the center. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center
- Lead, support, and motivate teaching staff
- Build strong relationships with families and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure classrooms maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day staffing needs
- Support employee onboarding, training, and professional development
- Help maintain compliance with Wisconsin DCF licensing requirements
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and ownership
- Address staff and parent concerns professionally and proactively
- Help create a positive team culture where employees feel supported and valued
- Monitor the overall quality of care and educational experiences
- Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
