We are looking for a Hands-on Shop Manager who is energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The individual we are looking for is expected to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our customers. This is an ideal job for a senior technician that is looking to take on a management role, grooming new talent while getting the work done and managing customers. Following are some of the tasks for this role.
- Front-line customer service
- Building estimates
- Selling jobs
- Process invoices and payments on Mitchell Manager Software
- Parts ordering
- Willing to perform maintenance services on the vehicle as required and uncover any potential problems that need to be repaired.
- Perform a wide range of automotive repairs.
- Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.
- Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle.
- Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicles as needed.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Keep shop in a clean, working order.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to our customers
