Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Tree Climbers and Crew Foreman

A highly respected tree care organization in the Madison area is seeking experienced Tree Climbers to join their growing team. This role involves hands-on tree climbing expertise, making it ideal for professionals who take pride in safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced climbing, pruning, removals, and technical rigging
• Apply safe and effective rigging methods during tree work
• Operate and maintain chainsaws, climbing gear, and tree care equipment
• Assess tree health and determine appropriate care strategies
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

QualificationsRequired

• 1–2 years of professional tree climbing experience
• Proven ability to safely work at heights
• Strong knowledge of pruning, removal, and rigging techniques
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (NO DUI)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred

• ISA Certification (or interest in obtaining)
• Prior crew leadership experience
