Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, data analytics, process improvement methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control, demand planning, production scheduling, and overall supply chain performance to support our company's growth and operational excellence.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company goals to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee procurement activities including purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Manage inventory levels through effective inventory management techniques, MRP systems, and demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, and Kaizen practices to enhance operational workflows.
- Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams on production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands while minimizing waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory control, procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes across the supply chain using ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle EBS.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or related fields.
- Experience working with international suppliers and shipments, with the ability to improve shipment cost efficiency.
- Experience with Syteline ERP is a plus.
- History of improving inventory accuracy, turns, and planning functions within operations is highly desirable.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
- Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., Syteline, Oracle, or other ERP systems) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and supply chain management software.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial for process improvement.
- Understanding of global supply chain practices, including international shipping and customs regulations, is an advantage.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
