Help manufacture high-quality trailers at our facilities in Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead, Wisconsin. As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician on our Assembler I path, you’ll contribute to multiple phases of production—assembling, fastening, drilling, measuring, and verifying quality—so each unit performs out on the road.

What You’ll Tackle
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies to meet documented specs and standards.
  • Use bolts, screws, rivets, and related fasteners to secure components.
  • Operate drills, impact wrenches, rivet/Huck guns, grinders, sanders, routers, and similar tools with confidence.
  • Interpret blueprints and work instructions; complete accurate measurement layouts.
  • Drill aluminum, steel, and wood; prep metal surfaces for assembly; and perform in-process quality checks.
  • Maintain an organized, safe workstation and help the team achieve daily output targets.
  • Arrive consistently and support required overtime, including on Fridays when needed.

Safety First

Required PPE may include safety glasses, steel-toed footwear, hearing protection, and task-specific protective equipment.
