Shift: Night Shift Opportunities Available
Hours: 12-Hour Night Shifts & 8-Hour Night Shifts
Pay: $20
Service First Staffing is currently hiring Machine Operators and Setup Operators for a growing plastics manufacturing facility in Plymouth. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor plastics manufacturing equipment
• Perform machine setups and adjustments (setup positions)
• Load materials and support production processes
• Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Maintain production flow and follow safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in plastic extrusion, machine setup, or production environments is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude strongly preferred for setup positions
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout shift
• Strong attendance and reliability required
