Opportunities Available:
We are continuously hiring for a range of mechanical engineering positions, including:
- Mechanical Engineer II (2-4 years experience) – Build on foundational skills and take on greater responsibility. Perform design and analysis tasks for mechanical systems, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to small project components while refining engineering standards.
- Staff Mechanical Engineer I (4 years experience) – Take ownership of engineering calculations and designs, conduct site visits, review technical work, and contribute to process improvements and project planning.
- Staff Mechanical Engineer II (7 years experience) – Lead design and analysis tasks, manage small to mid-sized projects, mentor lower-level engineers, conduct QA/QC reviews, and act as a key contact for project managers, clients, and contractors.
- Senior Mechanical Engineer (10 years experience) – Oversee and lead large-scale mechanical projects, mentor junior engineers, conduct QA/QC reviews, and support business development efforts.
What You’ll Do (Varies by Level):
- Design, analyze, and implement mechanical systems for a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Conduct site visits, verify compliance, and ensure adherence to industry codes and client requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.
- Engage with clients to develop solutions, manage various expectations of the role, and support business development.
- Utilize industry-leading engineering software tools to execute designs efficiently.
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineer II Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 2 years of relevant engineering experience, including exposure to project design and execution.
- Proficient with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, AFT Fathom).
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and applicable standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine tasks with guidance on complex assignments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Possesses Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
Staff Mechanical Engineer I Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficient with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, AFT Fathom).
- Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles and applicable standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Eligible to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
Staff Mechanical Engineer II Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, AFT Fathom).
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering principles and applicable standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 10 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Advanced proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, AFT Fathom).
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including client-facing capabilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
