Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership by developing and implementing engaging curricula that promote early childhood development and learning outcomes.
- Oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Manage staffing schedules, supervise teaching staff, and foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for program growth, community outreach, and fundraising initiatives to support center sustainability.
- Work with the Superintendent of Schools to prepare and manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently while maintaining compliance with licensing regulations.
- Supervise classroom activities to ensure adherence to educational standards while supporting teachers’ professional development.
