Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We're looking for a strategic, collaborative Market Manager to join our Marketing team. You'll be the go-to expert for your assigned market area, working closely with underwriters, claims teams, and field agents to uncover what marketing truly adds value. From launching new campaigns to optimizing existing ones, you'll help us grow our footprint, elevate agent engagement, and drive premium performance.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product growth and field success
- Build deep expertise in your market area-understanding customer needs, agent dynamics, and competitive trends
- Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with KPIs and field feedback
- Own budgets, forecast expenses, and manage execution timelines across projects
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and field teams to bring campaigns to life
- Analyze campaign results and iterate for continuous improvement
- Create content and tools that empower agents to market effectively
- Maintain documentation and project status updates on Agent Central
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Cultivate relationships with vendors, internal partners, and industry leaders
What You Bring:
- 5 years in marketing roles with strategic planning and execution
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or certifications in marketing strategy preferred
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or field-driven consumer services is a plus
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing platforms and MRM tools
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed, collaborative, and eager to learn and contribute

Salary range is $63600 to $112800
