Spanish Speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Position - FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR IN-HOME & COMMUNITY BASED ABA

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are looking for schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, values-driven organization.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, reassessments, FBAs, and behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs
- Ensure clinical quality, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
- Lead parent training and support caregiver engagement
- Monitor data and outcomes to drive meaningful client progress
- Utilize CentralReach for documentation, billing, scheduling, and supervision tracking
- Continually track supervision hours to ensure RBTs meet the requirements of the BACB
- Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the time of treatment for the benefit of the client
- Contribute to clinical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay Range: $80–$100 per hour (based on experience and location)
- Employment Type: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities
- Schedule: Flexible and aligned with your availability
- Location: El Jebel Area, (local travel required)
