Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Integral Quality, located in Valdosta, GA. The Director will oversee all aspects of quality management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations customer specifications and internal standards. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality strategies, managing quality assurance and control processes, coordinating supplier quality activities, and conducting thorough quality audits to maintain product and process excellence. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies
- Proven expertise in Quality Management and Quality Auditing practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of Supplier Quality processes and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience with sustainability practices in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
