What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Intern position at Argentum Medical?
This is an unpaid educational internship designed primarily for your benefit. The experience is structured to provide training and exposure similar to that of an educational environment, and does not entitle you to wages, employee benefits, or guarantee of future employment with Bravida Medical. This internship complies with the U.S. Department of Labor's "primary beneficiary" test under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and end-users.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Under the mentorship of the Senior Director of IT and the broader IT team, you will gain hands-on exposure to:
• IT operations, end-user support, and helpdesk workflows in a regulated healthcare and manufacturing environment.
• Information security, identity management, and other data handling practices to security frameworks.
• Systems integration and supporting tools used across Bravida's clinical and operational platforms.
• Project, network, security, or other documentation - change management and other data coordination.
