Ideal candidates will bring approximately 3 years of estimating experience within earthwork, underground utilities, paving, or civil/site development construction.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping successful projects from the ground up by delivering accurate, strategic, and competitive estimates across earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and site development projects.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and civil construction projects
• Review project plans, specifications, bid documents, and geotechnical reports
• Perform quantity takeoffs using AGTEK and related estimating software platforms
• Develop detailed cost analyses for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain and evaluate pricing
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify potential challenges
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership during bid reviews and project handoffs
What Makes You a Strong Fit
• Experience estimating earthwork, underground utilities, paving, or site development projects
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods and processes
• Proficiency with AGTEK, HeavyBid, or related estimating software
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications with precision
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
