As a Procurement Specialist at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities- Perform and document requirements analyses
- Coordinate with business owners to draft procurement request documentation, including statements of work or performance work statements and IGCEs
- Conduct and document alternatives analyses as well as market research
- Conduct and document procurement risk assessments
- Prepare and implement procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with appropriate guidelines
- Develop Capital Planning and Investment Control documentation and manage the Capital Planning and Investment Control Process in accordance with OMB Circular A-11 as well as applicable DHS instructions
Requirements
- Salary Range: $150,000–$170,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
- Master's Degree preferably in the fields of finance or accounting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- 10 years of demonstrated experience required.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Must possess strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills.
- Must be an exceptional writer.
- Enjoys a team-oriented environment, but able to function independently.
- Takes ownership of projects and can prioritize assignments.
- Ability/Willingness to Travel to Washington, DC occasionally.
- Eligibility to receive DHS suitability required. Current DHS Suitability preferred.
