Job Title: PMO Analyst (Contract)
Location: Cincinnati – Hybrid (2 days every other week)
Length – 6 – 12 months
Overview
A detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized PMO Analyst is required to support the successful delivery of a global transformation initiative focused on the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
The role involves close collaboration with the Program Director, project managers, workstream leads, functional SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure structured project delivery, clear communication, and strong governance.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, demonstrates excellent coordination and analytical skills, and ensures seamless execution of activities across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Coordination
- Support PMO governance processes including project controls, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and change control.
- Coordinate weekly routines such as workstream meetings and stand-ups, including scheduling, agendas, logistics, and minutes.
- Maintain program artifacts, templates, dashboards, and documentation to ensure consistency and traceability.
Project Execution Support
- Track status updates across multiple workstreams, consolidating progress into program-level reports for leadership.
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, and critical path items, escalating risks or delays as needed.
- Assist project managers and workstream leads with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and action tracking.
ERP Implementation Support (D365 F&O)
- Coordinate activities across functional and technical teams involved in design, build, testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Support integration alignment with related systems (e.g., LIMS, HRIS, CRM, Data Lake), ensuring dependencies are captured.
- Monitor testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression), track defects, and assist with documentation of testing outcomes.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and program status reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Analyse program data to identify trends, variances, or risks, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain data quality, accuracy, and version control across all documentation and reporting.
Communications
- Support the creation and distribution of communications, newsletters, training updates, and stakeholder announcements.
- Maintain training trackers, user lists, and attendance records for rollout activities.
Go-Live Support
- Track readiness activities including cutover planning, checklists, and post-go-live hypercare tasks.
- Assist with hypercare coordination, issue triage, and performance tracking following go-live events.
- Monitor stabilization metrics and work with teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, or similar roles within large transformation or ERP initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale programs, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proven experience maintaining structured documentation, managing RAID logs, and coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to summarize complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and other business areas.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.
- Adaptability to evolving program needs and shifting priorities.
